She Says: Will the 11:00 home viewers be the ones? We shall see...
Two thoughts on my mind this week, furniture and the economy (and the housing market).
1. Furniture... do I appease Jason and his OCD issue of clean floors (not heard of if there are indoor cats) or take a stand for my roundabout microfiber chair? He is convinced it will be easier to clean the floors if furniture sits high off the floor (so vacuum can get under). He has found a line of furniture "Katy" by Haverty's that he thinks will do the trick. Please go look and comment... http://www.havertys.com/Product_45404
I will be donating the leaf blower when we no longer have a house.

After reading this I find myself asking how has Columbia's housing market largely avoided the over inflation in the housing market? As a non-native I am often pondering how or why things are done in Sowth-care-ro-lie-na, but for once is my suburban neighborhood this poor state is ahead of the game? At least this article answers the question about why people are not buying the best house in Forest Acres. I am patient.
Side note- if you haven't heard of The Sun, you need to check it out (http://www.thesunmagazine.org/). A little left leaning, no ad publication that has articles, fiction, poetry, ... always informative and a good read - guaranteed to make you think and feel mad, happy or frustrated. If you do read the article, it is so simple and put together. Maybe I should become a stay at home wife to help the economy ..., but what would I do all day as a condo/apartment stay at home dweller?
